Born in Tel Aviv and living in Austin, TX, The Widdler is widely recognized as an innovator and originator of dub sound. Constantly practicing, The Widdler incorporates mix sessions into his daily routine, which translates to his flawless performances at shows; headlining with the likes of Doctor P, Reso, Ajappai, Tipper, Bassnectar, Caspa, Mary Anne Hobbes, Excision, Bukez Finezt, Truth, Downlink, & many more as well as a member of US imprints Dank 'N' Dirty Dubz, MalLabel Music, Deep Dark & Dangerous, & Sub.mission. Taking influence from various genres of music and lifestyle, his tunes comes in all shapes and colors. From the chilled reggae dubs and blue mood atmospheres to the mean menacing throbs of bass and percussion, The Widdler knows how to weave his musical roots with his production that makes each set entirely special. Entrancing dub and body-moving uptempo electronic opuses are the hallmark of the Living Light sound, blending global beats, indigenous voices, swirling symphonic melodies, and a dash of psychedelia that has lit up audiences coast to coast. Harris officially launched her Living Light project in late 2012 and now has nearly 50 tracks under the Living Light name, including a #1 Beatport chart-topping full length album, a full length remix album, plus two EP’s and a brand new fill length album released on Desert Dwellers’ Desert Trax label, compilation appearances on Merkaba Music and Sofa Beats labels, and dozens of official remixes for Papadosio, CloZee, Wildlight, Desert Dwellers, AtYya, David Starfire, Ayla Nereo, and many more heavy- hitters in the festival circuit. Harris has been touring from coast to coast with Living Light since 2013, appearing at such notable festivals as Beloved, Envision (Costa Rica), Sonic Bloom, Enchanted Forest Gathering, Lucidity, Serenity, Cosmic Convergence (Guatemala), Geoparadise Tribal Gathering (Panama), Earthdance, Kinnection Kampout, Arise, Pirate Party, Oregon Eclipse, and Burning Man. The name “Living Light” has multiple interpretations, and simultaneously refers to living non-materialistically, maintaining a positive outlook, and all life originating from star-stuff.
