The Chuck and Brad Podcast
The unpredictable Chuck Staton (from punk band Senior Discount) and the extremely conservative Brad Rohrer (Providence Improv Guild player) are comedians/filmmakers who discuss (and obsess over) pop culture in all its forms, interview other musicians/comedians/artists, and talk in-depth about their various projects.
They've interviewed Chris from Less Than Jake, Erik from Bowling for Soup, comedian JT Habersaat who founded Altercation Punk Magazine, Derek from the Homeless Gospel Choir, Disney artist Nick Kole, "The Town" storyboard artist Jason Mayoh, and many more. Many of their episodes revolve around events in New England, and they've interviewed such RI / New England stalwarts as the owners of Boneheads' Wing Bar, and countless bands including The Copacetics, The Down and Outs, Bad Larry, etc. They're heavily involved with RI Food Fights, judging multiple RIFF events, being sponsored by RIFF, and interviewing founder Jim Nellis.
The Chuck and Brad Podcast has reached their 300TH EPISODE and they are celebrating it LIVE in Providence with a night of raucous live comedy and film at Fete Music Hall!
They will be presenting:
- Their own version of the classic tale, "Jurassic Park"
- A morbid surprise for Senior Discount guitarist Eric Macksoud!
- A jaw-dropping, untoppable, unfathomable prank that Brad has kept hidden from the public for years! A prank that has caused them to make this event: 18+ !!!!!
- Stand-up comedians Ryan Lopes, Kristine Blinn, and Jonathan Tillson!
- And much, much more!
This will be the wildest live podcast they've ever done, and we hope you will come celebrate it with us!
