Barefoot Vagrant
Barefoot Vagrant is a Dark Folk Country band based out of Maryland. BV was originally formed as a street band project, led by singer-songwriter Ray Phelps with an interchanging cast of members, performing live as a three-man, two-man and one-man band.
Barefoot Vagrant brings a dark sound with haunting fiddle melodies. Infused with Old time Appalachian influences, Punk, and Traditional Country music. Much of the lyrical content brings brut honest lines with a punch, focusing heavily on addiction and mental health. Barefoot vagrant has a northeast tour on the horizon called "Nowhere is Everywhere Tour" Fall 2024.
